Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in the construction industry to join their team in Tulsa, OK. Our client provides quality commercial construction and is known for having one of the most knowledgeable teams of estimators, project managers, construction supervisors, and office professionals in the industry. They are committed to providing their employees with a supportive and challenging work environment that encourages personal and professional growth.

The ideal Construction Project Manager will be responsible for management oversite for all phases of construction projects, including coordination of employees subcontractors, material, and equipment. They will also manage day-today operations of the project and client interactions and expectations. The project manager will report to owners and architects about any and all conflicts and project issues. This person must be able to create all subcontractors contracts, change orders within the project, and aid in the process of obtaining all licenses and permits.

Qualifications for the position include:

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction project management
- Four-year bachelor's degree with special consideration given to Construction Management degree
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
- Excellent negotiation skills as well as strong dispute resolution skills
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: Our client also offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonuses, medical/dental/vision insurance after 30 days of employment, 401k with up to 3.5% company match, 1 week PTO after one year, and 1 week of sick pay after six months.
