- Provide day to day automation and process control support.
- Identify, prioritize and manage plant automation process issues by analyzing data driven statistical methods and RCA techniques.
- Drive optimization and improvement projects while maintaining expense budgets.
- Execute feasibility studies and plant trials in support of plant problems,
- Interface with Operations, Technology and Business Partners to anticipate and propose solutions.
- Ensure site compliance (SHE, Manufacturing, Finance) and cGMP standards.
- BS Chemical or Electrical Engineering Degree with 3+ years experience w/Process Controls and Automation project/designs in chemicals, pharma, food grade or nutriceutical manufacturing operations.
- Requires extensive technical knowledge of DCS and PLC systems and networking.
- Knowledge of ISO, PSM and cGMP operations is preferred.
- Ability to work now or in the future without sponsorship.
