Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team in Nashville, TN. As a Human Resources Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR and payroll functions.

The ideal Human Resources Manager will have at least two years of related payroll experience and one year of related human resource experience. They must have a commitment to payroll best practices and regulations, including knowledge of payroll law/regulations. They must exercise sound judgment and exhibit strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Additionally, the candidate should have exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with particular attention to confidentiality. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience, with bonus potential.
