Our client is seeking a highly motivated Superintendent to join their team in Kansas City, MO. As a company, our client prides themselves on providing a safe and productive work environment while maintaining schedules and staying within budgetary limits. They are looking for someone who is located in KCMO to be on site for current projects and open to travel after completion to upcoming projects in Utah and Nebraska.

As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising the work of the assistant superintendent, field engineers, craft employees, and all subcontractors on construction projects. You will also determine work priorities and coordinate work activities with all necessary parties to ensure that the project remains efficient and on schedule. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the terms and conditions of construction contracts, apportioning work among employees and subcontractors, and introducing new trades to the project as required.

Qualifications:

- Experience in construction management.
- Proficient in RedTeam software.
- Proven track record of successful completion of construction projects on schedule and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, including plans, specifications, and contracts.

Salary & Benefits: The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential, PTO, $200 a week in car allowance, and a credit card for supplies and gas, within reason.
