Our client is seeking a Senior Project Architect with industrial experience to join their team in Brea, CA. Our client is a company that provides a great work environment and offers growth opportunities. This company architecture, structural engineering, design, and planning services. They specialize in aviation, industrial, solid waste, food processing, and commercial project types.

The ideal Project Architect is someone who has experience in the industrial world with knowledge of equipment and a manufacturing background. The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the production and coordination of documents in all phases of architectural practice and management, along with an architectural degree from an accredited university. A California architectural license and NCARB certification are required. The ideal candidate should be able to work remotely for two days and work from the office on Tuesdays.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in production and coordination of documents in all phases of architectural practice and in management.
- California Architectural License and NCARB certification are required.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as a licensed architect.
- Architectural degree from an accredited university or equivalent demonstrated proficiency.
- Knowledge of floor plan or design that requires equipment.
- Experience in a project that has equipment layouts.
- Food and beverage experience is acceptable.

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, but our client is willing to pay up to $170,000 for the right candidate.
