Seeking a highly qualified Capital Project Engineer in AR, NC, NJ to manage all phases of capital projects, from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. Responsible for developing project scopes, timelines, and budgets, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and managing project resources.
 
Responsibilities:
--Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets.
--Coordinate with vendors & contractors to ensure timely completion of project phases.
--Manage project resources, including staff, equipment, and materials.
--Track and report project progress, identifying risks and develop strategies.
--Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
--Develop and maintain project documentation.
--Maintains project integrity through compliance with federal and state regulations.
-- Ensure SHE processes are executed during design, construction and commissioning for capital projects.
 
Qualifications:
--- BS in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or related Engineering degree with 3-7 yrs experience as Project Engineer handling capital projects in chemical, pulp & paper, refinery, mining, cement, or related industry.
-- Familiar with engineering practices, OSHA/ PSM/ ISO requirements, and plant standards and specifications.
