As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing support activities, including maintenance, inventory control, receiving, shipping, production, and safety. You will be responsible for upholding the policies, practices, procedures, and ethics as set forth by the Senior Leadership Team, training and mentoring team members, planning and implementing continuous improvement projects, and coordinating with various departments to ensure quality requirements and documentation meet the company's standards.

Qualifications:

- College degree preferred
- Physical ability to operate all facility equipment if required
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing, maintenance, and/or engineering setting
- Understands ISO 9002 system and able to create, implement, audit and train
- Maintain quality program
- Maintenance program oversight
- Proven leadership, self-confidence, motivation, decisiveness, flexibility, and exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Logical and organized approach to enable the smooth operation of the facility
- Computer aptitude

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience.
