Our client, a high-end residential landscape architecture firm, is seeking a Sr. Landscape Architect to join their team in North Billerica, MA. As a well-established firm with a rich history of successful projects in New England and beyond, our client is looking for an individual who is confident in their ability to manage all aspects of a project and work closely with senior associates and ownership to actively manage the direction and opportunities of the firm.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in landscape architecture/project management in a New England residential setting. They should have strong design ideals, a profound knowledge of the built environment, excellent organizational skills, and a demonstrated ability to successfully manage the expectations of a demanding client base. Additionally, candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from an ASLA accredited school, with a Master's degree being a strong plus. Only those with direct and relevant residential design and project management experience will be considered at this time.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in landscape architecture/project management in a New England residential setting
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited school, Master's degree preferred
- Knowledge of CAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop, etc.
- Strong design ideals and profound knowledge of the built environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage the expectations of a demanding client base
- Confidence in a wide range of skills including conceptual design, project management, construction documentation, permitting, as well as hand and computer graphic presentation skills
- Ability to actively manage a client

Salary & Benefits: The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience. Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package.
