The ideal candidate for this position will have a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Biomedical Engineering and at least 5-7 years of experience in product design, ideally in the medical, Meditronics, or ISO industries. The candidate must also have experience with SolidWorks, be certified in 6 Sigma or PMP, and have experience in plastic parts manufacturing. Additionally, the candidate must be able to mentor other Engineers.

Qualifications:

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $67,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and quarterly and yearly bonus potential.

Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance are covered by the employer, with several plans to choose from. Other benefits include a 401k with a 100% match of 3%, and 50% up to 5%. Tuition reimbursement, employee assistance, 11 paid holidays, 56 hours sick time, and 120 hours vacation time. This position is fully in-office.
