The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of projects from preconstruction tasks through to final punch out and billing. They will have experience in reviewing project estimates and scopes of work, managing project changes, and coordinating material logistics and site storage. The project manager will be responsible for reviewing all RFI, ASI’s, and pricing requests on time.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial flooring and tile installation project management
* Knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and materials
* Must be willing to travel
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Adobe
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary & Benefits: Our client offers a competitive starting annual salary of $90,000-$110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, 100% healthcare coverage, 5 paid holidays per year, and 10 vacation days per year available after 180 days of employment. The ideal candidate will also be eligible for a quarterly performance bonus after 12 months of employment.
