Our client, a dynamic and growing construction firm, is seeking a skilled individual to join their team as a Commercial Superintendent in Willis, Texas. Our client is committed to providing an entrepreneurial environment that fosters growth from within.

Our client is looking for an individual who is entrepreneurial, driven, and able to lead projects from conception to completion. This person should have a strong background in construction management, as well as experience working with various types, levels, and sizes of projects.

Qualifications:

* 10+ years of full on-site responsibility encompassing civil, dirt, drainage thru full build to turnover
* Proven experience in commercial construction, with a focus on ground up restaurant projects
* Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management
* Ability to lead a team and ensure the successful completion of projects
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is preferred
* Must be located in Houston, TX area

Salary & Benefits: Our client is offering a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and a gas card and vehicle allowance, flexible PTO, a bonus plan, and 401K.
