Our client, a leading Trane dealer, is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to manage approximately 20 service technicians in metro Atlanta. The HVAC Service Manager will work under the Director of Residential HVAC Operations and will be responsible for directing daily operations of the HVAC Service Department.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a minimum of five years of HVAC management-related experience, along with excellent customer service and sales skills. He/she should have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems, exhibit technical aptitude, and be able to read, interpret, utilize, and train on manuals, schematics, and control circuits related to HVAC and refrigeration systems. Strong leadership skills, verbal and written communication skills, conflict management skills, and computer skills are also essential.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of 5 years of HVAC Management related experience
* In-depth knowledge and understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems
* Ability to read, interpret, utilize, and train on manuals, schematics, and control circuits related to HVAC and refrigeration systems
* Technical aptitude with knowledge of local codes and an ability to use resources at hand to find solutions
* Excellent leadership skills to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and strong conflict management skills
* Good computer skills: knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, ESC, Service Titan and general software navigation

Salary: The salary for this position is $80,000, commensurate with experience, with a 10% target bonus and full benefits.
