Our client, a well-established construction firm with 135 employees, is seeking a Controller to join their team. They are looking for a candidate who has a background in construction accounting and experience as a Controller or in finance. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has experience with construction accounting, including billing, budgeting, percentage of construction, inventory control management, GAAP, monthly financials, creating reports, tax filing, and financial planning. The candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a Controller, 10 years in finance, and be a team player who can give and take direction. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required. The candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and Accounting Software.

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!
Salary: The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
