Our client is seeking to hire a Scaffold Foreman to lead work crews as they expand from Cincinnati to Cleveland. Our client is a union company that provides all personal protective equipment (PPE), boots, rain gear, harnesses, and more.

The ideal candidate should have OSHA certification and ideally 1926 Subpart L. Additionally, they will provide any training needed, including guiding them through the union process. The foreman should review each project, identify job site issues, and generate a plan to complete the job safely and efficiently. They should also communicate with Operations and Sales Teams to understand project needs, assign job tasks to crew members, create a clear line of communication with customers, and ensure all crew members follow company procedures and job site safety procedures.

Qualifications:

* Must have a valid Drivers License
* Ability to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and work at heights
* Ability to lift and carry 125 pounds
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
* Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
* Ability to work well with others
* OSHA certification, ideally 1926 Subpart L

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: The salary for this position is $33+ per hour, commensurate with experience. Overtime, 1.5x any hour over 8 in a day.
