Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking an Assistant Bridge Engineer to support the agency and the Local Programs Bridge Engineer in meeting the goals of the National Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) and National Tunnel Inspection Standards (NTIS). This position serves as a Senior Lead Bridge Inspector and is responsible for supervising field operations and providing various trainings to local agencies, state employees, and consultants.
