Our client, a well-established company in the commercial fencing industry, is seeking a Commercial Fencing Foreman to help build, train & manage in-house crews. As an organization that prides itself on its dedication to quality and safety, our client is looking for someone who shares those same values and is excited to lead a team of skilled workers.

The ideal candidate for this position should have previous experience as a construction foreman, be well-versed in construction procedures and OSHA guidelines, and have the ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills are also essential, along with effective communication skills and the ability to maintain physical stamina. Experience in fencing is a plus but not required.

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $25 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience. For any hours over 40 per week, the overtime pay will be 1.5x normal rate.

Benefits: The benefits package includes a health insurance stipend, PTO, 401k with match, company truck, $30 per month for phone, and an annual bonus opportunity.
