Qualifications:

* A PE license in Electrical Engineering or the ability to obtain a PE license within six months.
* MBA preferred.
* Strong leadership and management skills.
* Extensive experience in electrical engineering design and project management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Our client offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The benefits package includes health insurance, PTO, disability and life insurance, and a 401k plan.
