Our client, a leading consulting engineering firm based in Phoenix, Arizona, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their dynamic team. With over 70 years in the industry, our client is renowned for delivering reliable and energy-efficient design solutions across various building types. As an Electrical Engineer, you will work as a critical team member in electrical systems development and coordination for construction design projects. You will collaborate with project team members, architects, consultants, clients, and contractors to identify project requirements, develop engineering concepts, and present options and recommendations.

The ideal candidate for this position will hold a Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited engineering program, with a registered PE in the State of Arizona. The Electrical Engineer will design projects in Revit and AutoCAD for compliance with city, state, and national building codes, compliance with owner standards, and industry construction standards (NEC, NFPA, IECC, IBC, LEED, etc.)

Qualifications:

* Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Arizona
* Bachelor's degree from an ABET accredited engineering program
* 5+ years of experience in designing electrical systems (lighting and control, power, power distribution, HVAC coordination, food service equipment coordination, fire alarm, etc.)
* Working knowledge of current versions of Revit and AutoCAD
* Working knowledge of COMcheck and applicable energy codes
* Working knowledge with NEC and NFPA Code Standards
* Working knowledge of Excel, OneNote, Word, etc.
* Ability to apply logic, reasoning, and organizational skills to structure concepts & ideas into deliverables

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience. The benefits package includes health, vision, dental, 401k with contributions, profit sharing opportunities, and the opportunity to expand and improve professional skills. After the first 90 days, there is an option to work from home on Fridays or at times when there are appointments and jobsite visits where it makes sense to be closer to home instead of traveling to the office first.
