Our client is currently seeking a dedicated Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician with experience in commercial refrigeration. As a leading company in the HVAC industry, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional services to large commercial accounts nationwide, including big box stores, grocery stores, convenience stores, retail, and more. Our ideal candidate will have experience with chillers, centrifugal, geothermal, boilers, and pumps, and will be responsible for properly diagnosing, servicing, maintaining, and replacing various types of equipment.
The Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician will dispatch from their home, no need to be in-office, and will be issued a new model, low-mileage service truck or van, cell phone, iPad, fuel, and expense cards. Technicians will be expected to use the mobile dispatch software as well as customer work order management systems and IVR for checking in and out and documenting work performed. Technicians will be on call for one week every 5th week.
Qualifications:
* Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
* EPA License required.
* Must have 2+ years of HVAC/Refrigeration experience (chillers, centrifugal, geothermal, boilers, and pumps)
* Must be able to pass criminal background and drug tests, as well as a motor vehicle check.
Salary Range and Benefits:
This is an hourly role with a pay range of $20-$30 per hour, commensurate with experience, and pay 1.5 overtime for any hours after 40 in a week. A company truck, gas card, expense card, phone, and specialty tools are also provided. The benefits package includes 100% health coverage for employees after 30 days, 401k matching, paid time off (PTO) starting from day 1, and bonus potential.
