The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in the Architectural, Engineering, or Construction industries and possess strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multitask, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Newforma, and Deltek Vision. Candidates with a background in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction are preferred. The Project Coordinator will assist the team with Project tasks and offer administrative support on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

* Minimum, High School diploma/GED
* 3-5 years experience in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, and Construction
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, Newforma, and Deltek Vision
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Ability to interact and represent the firm well with clients, consultants, vendors, and external organizations
* Ability to read and interpret documents such as contracts and other agreements
* Maintain proper file management for project documentation and communications

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $31 - $35 per hour, commensurate with experience.
