Our client is seeking a talented Architectural Drafter/Designer to join their small firm. Located in Strafford NH, our client is a spirited, professional, full-service commercial and residential design firm. They pride themselves on their positive and creative design approach and are family first-oriented, both in their office atmosphere and in their approach to project success.

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of an associate degree in Architectural Technologies and have 2 to 4 years of experience in an architectural firm. The candidate must be proficient in Revit architecture, with knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop preferred. The Architectural Drafter/Designer will be responsible for assisting in project designs and will prepare presentation, production, and technical construction drawings.

Qualifications & Skills:

* 2 - 4 years of experience in an architectural firm
* Minimum of an associate degree in Architectural Technologies
* Proficient in Revit architecture (Required). Knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop preferred.
* Ability to identify issues and conflicts within the design or drawing sets.
* Participate in creatively solving the issues identified.
* Experience with or exposure to many different construction types, building codes.
* The ability to coordinate engineering or consultant documents.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience. The benefits package includes an annual bonus, 401k contribution, a stipend towards health insurance, 2 weeks PTO, and sick time.
