Our client is seeking a skilled and passionate Construction Superintendent to join their team in Palm Coast, FL. As a company, our client is dedicated to building high-end custom residential homes with a focus on quality, integrity, and professionalism. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in custom home building. They should have a complete understanding of the construction process, including reading architectural and engineering plans, interpreting manufacturer specifications, and implementing the installation of materials in the field per specifications. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for supervising and motivating subcontractors and suppliers, and scheduling all phases of construction of the custom home process and completing them on a timely basis.

Qualifications:

* 10 to 15 years of experience in custom home building
* In-depth knowledge of the construction industry, including the entire building process, Florida building codes, reading blueprints, the inspection process, and the permitting process.
* Basic computer skills, with specific knowledge of the Buildertrend program a plus.
* Residential contractor's license a plus.
* Experience constructing 3-story homes a plus.
* Operator's license for machinery like forklifts and manlifts is a plus.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $125,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, the benefits package includes health insurance and 2 weeks PTO, as well as the potential for profit sharing opportunities beyond the base salary.
