Our client, a leading HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection contractor, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Plumbing Foreman to join their team in Horsham, PA. Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in plumbing, HVAC, or fire protection systems is preferred.
* 5 years of commercial and industrial experience required.* Knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and fire protection systems, as well as relevant building codes and regulations.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, and other contractors.
* Leadership skills and ability to motivate and supervise a team of tradespeople.
* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

* Supervise a team of plumbing technicians and tradespeople in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
* Ensure that all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant building codes and regulations.
* Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other technical documents to determine the scope and requirements of plumbing projects.
* Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that work is being performed to the required standards.
* Provide on-the-job training and guidance to apprentices and other junior team members.
* Identify and troubleshoot problems with plumbing systems and recommend solutions.
* Order materials and supplies needed for projects and ensure that they are delivered to the job site on time.
* Complete required paperwork, such as time sheets, progress reports, and equipment maintenance records.

Salary and Benefits:

Our client offers a competitive salary range of $34 to $37 per hour, commensurate with experience, as well as a benefits package that includes health insurance, 401K, and bonus potential.
