Our client, a well-established commercial, life science, industrial, and institutional union electrical contractor located in Paoli, PA, is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join their team. They are looking for someone to assist the Low Voltage Project Manager on new project estimates, project installation, and close-out.

The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is passionate about low voltage systems and has a working understanding of all aspects of current business computer software, navigation of CAD drawing viewers, PDF viewers and editors, project document management systems such as Procore, Plan Grid and or others similar in nature.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with a strong exposure to mechanical HVAC systems
* 2 years minimum of post college professional experience in a construction technical position, preferably in the electrical contracting field
* Experience navigating CAD drawing viewers, PDF viewers and editors, Procore, Plan Grid, and other Project document management systems
* Able to work independently to complete tasks when provided adequate direction

This is a full-time position with a Monday – Friday, 7-3:30 pm schedule. The salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, our client offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% health coverage for employees and 50% for family, PTO, 401k with company match, and a performance-based bonus. Our client also encourages employees to be involved with NECA, National Electrical Contractors Associate, for Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey, and offers reimbursement for gas mileage when travel is required.
