Our client, a well-established commercial, life science, industrial, and institutional union electrical contractor located in Paoli, PA, is seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join their team. As an industry leader, our client is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic team member who possesses solid estimating skills to help prepare and submit electrical estimates, resulting in new profitable business. The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical Estimating or Managing Electrical Construction Projects. They should have experience in projects ranging from $100,000 to $10 million, specifically in life science, healthcare, and higher education. The candidate should have some background in electrical/estimating software, with experience in McCormick and EBM as a plus. Familiarity with bidding union jobs is also a plus.

Qualifications:

*Minimum of 5 years of experience in Electrical Estimating or Managing Electrical Construction Projects
*Experience with electrical bidding software McCormick, (EBM) and PDF viewers is a plus
*Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office Suite
*Degree in engineering or construction management is a plus
*Ability to create, maintain, and amend construction schedules as needed
*Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and change priorities as necessary

This is a full-time position that will be in-office daily, the schedule is Monday - Friday, 7-5 pm. The position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The benefits package includes 100% health coverage for the employee, 50% for family, 401k with company match, PTO, and performance-based bonuses.

The company also reimburses gas mileage for occasional travel to jobs within the greater Philly area. As this department grows, the ideal candidate will have a great opportunity to grow as well.
