Our client is seeking a highly motivated Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager to join their team in Columbus, OH. As a leading civil construction firm, our client values their employees and strives to provide a positive and dynamic work environment.

The ideal candidate for this position has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Technology, or a related field, as well as five years of managerial and supervisory experience in the heavy civil construction industry. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing, scheduling, and estimating. They must be able to lead and motivate people, have strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, and be committed to the company's values. This Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and successfully executing projects, and will be the primary point of contact for Owners.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management/Technology, or related field
* 5 years of managerial and supervisory experience in the heavy civil construction industry
* Extensive knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing, scheduling and estimating
* Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level

The salary for this position is $90,000 - $130,000, commensurate with experience. The benefits package includes an annual discretionary bonus, 120 hours PTO, medical, dental, vision, and 401k with company match.
