Our client, an industrial-grade aluminum recycling center and manufacturer, is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Specialist to join their team in Commerce, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing the current machinery and equipment, maintaining it, creating maintenance plans, performing failure analysis, and identifying areas for improvement.

The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in maintenance or reliability in a manufacturing environment and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is preferred. Experience with Power BI, SAP PM, or other CMMS software, and maintenance experience in hydraulics, PLC, and electrical system is also preferred. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager.

The salary for this position is $80,000 - $115,000, commensurate with experience, and 12-18% bonus potential. In addition, our client offers health insurance, 3 weeks of PTO, a 401k plan with a 5% match, tuition reimbursement, a company phone, and covered travel expenses.

This is a full-time position with occasional travel required. The position offers relocation benefits, including moving costs, rent, and other accommodations. The facility operates 24/7, and the position follows a Monday-Friday, 8-5 shift. The candidate will be on call from time to time. However, the candidate must be comfortable working in extreme temperatures, which can reach up to 150 degrees at times. Our client will provide all necessary safety training and personal protective equipment.
