Our client, a leader in the renewable energy industry, is seeking a Solar Development Engineer to work remotely for their team based in the Stamford, CT area. They are looking for a passionate and driven individual who is committed to sustainability and wants to make a positive impact on the world.

The ideal Solar Development Engineer candidate will have a background in solar and PV design engineering and 3-5 years of energy development experience. They must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Structural, or Mechanical), have strong organizational skills, and proficiency in AutoCAD, PVSyst, and Helioscope. As a Solar Development Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work with internal and external resources, including civil and electrical subcontractors and local utilities, to create a design that meets the requirements of all stakeholders.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Structural, or Mechanical)
* 2-3 years of relevant energy, solar & PV experience
* 3-5 years of energy development experience
* Utility Scale size project experience required - Commercial or industrial
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVSyst & Helioscope required

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $125,000, commensurate with experience. The benefits package includes a 25-50% annual bonus potential, as well as a no-cost medical plan option.
