Our client, a growing HVAC service company with a presence in multiple states, is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead a team of technicians in Denton, TX. They have over 150 service trucks on the road and service multi-site national accounts.
 

The ideal HVAC Service Manager should have at least 2 years of experience in the industry and possess strong technical knowledge. They should also have excellent communication skills and be proficient in using Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. This is an administrative position that reports to the office daily, and the candidate should be able to manage 1-2 dispatchers, supervise a team of 10-20 technicians, and draft and submit estimates to customers.
 

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the HVAC industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage on-call rotations
• Knowledge of dispatching software

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client is offering a competitive salary range of $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes 100% health coverage for the employee after 30 days, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with matching. In addition, they provide a company truck, gas card, expense card, phone, and specialty tools. The ideal HVAC Service Manager must be a citizen, pass a criminal background and drug test, as well as a motor vehicle check. They will also receive 1.5 overtime pay for any hours worked after 40 in a week and will be on call for one week every 8th week.
