Our client is seeking an Electrical Project Coordinator to join their team in Oceanside, CA. With over three decades of experience in providing innovative electrical solutions exclusively to the defense community, they bring an unrivaled level of expertise to the job site. As a member of the project management team, you will oversee all aspects of assigned Federal (Military) projects from commencement to completion. Our client is looking for someone who not only manages these projects in compliance with company procedures but also has the desire to exceed Government and customer expectations.

The ideal Electrical Project Coordinator will have basic electrical knowledge and industry expertise, along with a strong desire to become a Project Manager. As an Electrical Project Coordinator, you will work directly under a Project Manager and assist with all aspects of the project. 

Qualifications:

• Ability to ensure project compliance with project contracts, specifications, and applicable codes/regs.
• Experience in collaborating with prefabrication and design departments.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and resolve all customer concerns.
• Strong computer skills.
• Proven ability to set clear goals and expectations for the foreman.
• Bachelor's degree in business or engineering is a plus.
• Highly motivated with strong business acumen, good interpersonal, people management, and business skills.
• Results-driven.
• Ability to order material in compliance with project specifications and design.
• Experience overseeing the completion of submittals, O&M's, and other required documents.

The salary range is $60,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
