Our client, a well-established construction company, is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team in Earth City, MO. The ideal Accounts Receivable Specialist candidate for this position is someone who has 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with a focus on the construction industry. This candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring the accuracy of AIA billings, communicate directly with clients and stakeholders, and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities that are related to accounts receivable.

Qualifications:

This is a fully in-office position, Monday to Friday from 7:00 am - 3:30 pm.

The salary for this position is $35,000 - $60,000, commensurate with experience. The benefits package includes a, performance based bonus, medical, dental, vision, 401K with a match of 25% contribution (no cap) after one year, profit sharing, PTO, and life insurance.
