A leading manufacturer is seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to join their team in Woburn, MA. The ideal Quality Control Inspector would be an individual who possesses a strong attention to detail and is highly skilled in utilizing various mechanical and computerized inspection equipment. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, with preference given to those who have graduated from a VoTech Trade school. Additionally, completed an apprenticeship program or have an equivalent combination of education and experience, and have a minimum of three years at Machinist Level or two years at an inspector level. Proficient in a wide variety of machine inspection tools and devices, and able to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and machine drawings.
 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED; VoTech Trade school graduate preferred
• Completed Apprenticeship program or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum three years at Machinist Level or two years at an inspector level
• Proficient in a wide variety of machine inspection tools and devices
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret blueprints and machine drawings
• Knowledgeable in Gage R&R techniques
• Fluent with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) per ASME Y14.5M
• Knowledgeable in Statistical Process Control
• Ability to program CMM's preferably using Zeiss CMM with Calypso software

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!
 

Our client offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
