Our client is currently seeking a talented HVAC Technician to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. They are a preferred HVAC service choice for owners and managers of commercial facilities across a multi-state service region. They are dedicated to providing their employees with the necessary resources and tools to be successful in their roles.
 

The ideal HVAC Technician will have experience working with in grocery stores, retail, convenience stores, big box, etc. They need a dedicated HVAC Technician with commercial refrigeration experience.
 

Qualifications:

• Experience with chillers, centrifugal, geothermal, boilers, and pumps
• Ability to pass a criminal background and drug test, as well as a motor vehicle check
• Willingness to be on call for one week every 5th week and work overtime if needed

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

This is an hourly role with a salary range of $20-$30 per hour. Our client provides a company truck, gas card, expense card, phone, and specialty tools. They pay 1.5 overtime for any hours after 40 in a week. They also offer health insurance with 100% coverage for the employee after 30 days, 1/2 weeks of PTO that starts accruing on day one, and a 401k plan with 50% match up to 5%. Bonus potential is also available.
