Our client, a leading North American producer of industrial and agricultural chemicals, is seeking a Mechanical Reliability Engineer to join their team in El Dorado, AR. The ideal Mechanical Reliability Engineer candidate will be a Lead Engineer within the Operations/Production Department. They will ensure the principles of Asset Care Excellence (ACE) are applied to all aspects of the work and improve/develop a reliability strategy. This person will also prepare monthly reports summarizing the status of major maintenance and reliability activities and their on-going capital projects.

Qualifications:

*Bachelors Degree from a recognized institution in either Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
*Minimum 3-5 years' experience within the Chemical/Process or Petrochemical Industry
*Basic knowledge of accounting principles
*Safety and security sensitive in nature
*Must comply with security standards under Department of Homeland Security (DHS) CFATS regulation 6 CFR Part 27

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, annual bonus (20%), sponsorship, and more

A generous relocation package up to $25,000 is available for well-qualified candidates.
