Our client, a leading North American producer of industrial and agricultural chemicals, is seeking an Electrical Reliability Engineer to join their team in El Dorado, AR. The ideal Electrical Reliability Engineer candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering with 10 years of relevant field experience in PSM covered petrochemical or refining facilities. They are looking for someone who has department management experience and has demonstrated knowledge of electrical regulatory requirements, including OSHA, NEC, IEEE, NFPA standards, etc.

Qualifications:

*Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
*Preference given to an engineer who is working on or has obtained their Professional Engineers License
*Preference given to an electrical engineer who has experience in an OSHA PSM regulated process
*Must have 10+ years of relevant field experience in PSM covered petrochemical or refining facilities
*Department management experience in concert with technical support (5+ years)
*Knowledge of electrical regulatory requirements, including OSHA, NEC, IEEE, NFPA standards, etc.
*Published papers about electrical design, failure analysis, reliability or electrical safety is a plus
*Must be willing to travel up to 70% as needed

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, annual bonus (20%), sponsorship, and more.

A generous relocation package up to $25,000 is available for well-qualified candidates.
