Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
 
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to R&D, manufacturing, and customer
  • Lead HW engineers to solve the engineering issue timely
  • Analyze the failures and collaborate with R&D to find out the root cause
  • Manage and guide the transition of products into production
  • Analyze test data and help improve manufacturing process
  • Review and guide the troubleshooting/repair direction

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, with a minimum 5 years of professional experience
  • Knowledge of/Experience in/Proficiency in server/storage/PC hardware architecture
  • Demonstrated analytical critical thinking skills and communication skills
  • Experience working in manufacturing and/or product development role
  • Firsthand lab debug experience with scopes is desirable
  • Experience in designing circuit boards is desirable
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at times.
  • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
