We are seeking a Project Architect with 3-5 years of experience for a design and management role. The ideal Project Architect will have healthcare experience, but our client is open to other project experience as well. Proficiency in Revit is a must. This position will involve working on projects through all phases, from schematics through construction.

Our client is a longstanding architecture firm with over 100 years of history and 15 employees located in north midtown. The firm is currently looking for someone to come in at this level and grow into management. The position offers lots of growth opportunities.  All of their work is from current and ongoing clients, so they have things on the book for the next 10 years, making the firm very stable.

Qualifications for the Project Architect opportunity include:

• 3-5 years of experience in architecture
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft Office, and Sketchup
• Experience in healthcare design is preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of architectural principles and practices, as well as the ability to resolve complex technical and design issues
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
• Development of construction documents and associated elements
• Graphic design and rendering capabilities
• Familiarity with researching codes and other standards for compliance

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The salary range is $70,000 - $75,000, with benefits including 75% paid health insurance for the employee, 401k with 50% match up to 3%, 3 weeks PTO (10 vacation + 5 sick days), profit sharing, yearly bonuses, paid parking, study materials, reimbursement for passed exams, etc. The position is fully in-office for 90-120 days, then hybrid with 2 days from home per week.
