The ideal Crew Chief is someone with FDOT experience who is willing to travel Monday through Friday and be home on weekends. They should be detail-oriented, able to lead a team and have excellent communication skills. While DOT experience is preferred, our client is willing to train the right candidate who is enthusiastic and eager to learn.

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!
 

The salary range for this opportunity is $20 - $30 per hour, depending on experience. Our client offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance (with 65% coverage for employees only), one week of PTO, six holidays, and 401k (details to be confirmed with HR). Additionally, the company pays for hotels and offers a $28 per day per diem. Employees are also eligible for overtime pay at 1.5x for hours worked over 8 in a day.
