We are seeking a Control Room Design Manager to lead the architectural side of an expanding Design-Build Construction Team in Grapevine, TX. Our client is a global leader in providing innovative solutions for mission-critical/control room operations. With over four decades of experience, our client has built a reputation for providing strict quality standards and exceptional service to our diverse client base, including public safety, aviation, process control, utilities, and technology.
 

The ideal Control Room Design Manager will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, and 7-10 years of experience in drafting, architecture, interior design, or project management, with a strong focus on commercial architectural design. The ideal Control Room Design Manager should have general to extensive knowledge of construction, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office, as well as project management skills, strong organizational skills, and people management skills. The idea Control Room Design Manager should also work well in a collaborative, team environment, have problem-solving abilities, and consistently meet commitments and deadlines.
 

Qualifications for this Control Room Design Manager opportunity include:
 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 7-10 years of experience in drafting, architecture, interior design, or project management, with a strong focus on commercial architectural design
• AIA certification or in process
• General to extensive knowledge of construction
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The client offers a competitive salary range for this position $120,000 - $125,000, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
