We are is seeking an experienced civil engineer with a specialization in site development to lead and manage a growing team. The ideal Civil Engineer candidate should have a proven track record of success in managing projects and clients, as well as the ability to inspire and mentor staff. They should possess strong technical skills in areas such as pavement, grading, drainage, and utilities, and be familiar with local zoning ordinances and design criteria. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to interact effectively with clients, staff, and municipal authorities. Must have a Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Texas.

Qualifications for the Civil Engineer position include:

-Active Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Texas required
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering required
-Minimum of 6 years of experience in site development work
-Project management experience, including plans production and management of tasks such as entitlements, site planning, and development master planning
-Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS
-Strong technical skills in grading and drainage design, street and alley design, site design, water and wastewater design, hydrology and hydraulics analysis and design, and SWP3s
-Excellent written and oral communication skills

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary Range and Benefits: The position offers a competitive salary of $90,000 to $115,000 or more based on qualifications and experience.
