We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to join a well-established General Contractor based in Auburn, Alabama. O Our client is seeking an On-Site Superintendent to oversee the construction of new K-12 public schools and commercial projects throughout the State of Alabama.
 

The ideal construction superintendent candidate should have previous experience working in construction, preferably in a supervisory role. The candidate should have strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams. The candidate should also have knowledge of safety standards and regulations applicable to construction projects, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. A great plus for this position is masonry construction experience and familiarity with construction documentation software.
 

Qualifications for the superintendent role include:
 

-High school diploma or equivalent
-Previous experience working in construction, preferably in a supervisory role
-Masonry construction experience is a great plus
-Knowledge of safety standards and regulations applicable to construction projects
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
-Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams
-Familiarity with construction documentation software, and ability to learn new tools

The salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our client offers competitive benefits packages, including healthcare, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.
