We have an immediate need for an experienced Construction Estimator and Project Manager! Our client is a reputable construction firm that specializes in interior work for commercial projects, and this role will have a primary focus on pharmaceutical labs to start with. They are known for their dedication to providing exceptional services to their clients, delivering quality projects on time and within budget!

The ideal Construction Estimator/PM candidate should have extensive experience in drywall, metal studs, ceilings, and doors, with a strong understanding of the interior aspects of projects. They should be able to submit bids for projects and manage them through to completion. Additionally, if the candidate has a client base, it would be considered a plus but is not mandatory.

Qualifications  for the Construction Estimator/PM position include:

-At least 5 years of experience in construction estimating and project management
-Strong knowledge of drywall, metal studs, ceilings, and doors
-Experience in the interior aspects of projects
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Proficiency in computer software applications such as Excel, Word, and Project Management software

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client is offering a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
