Job Description:

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is the sixth largest transportation system in the United States, with a vast network of fixed route services including bus, subway/elevated, trackless trolley, light rail, and commuter rail serving a 2,200 square mile service region.

We are currently seeking to hire a Program Manager (8018) - Trolley Modernization Project in the Maintenance of Way Department.

Starting Salary: $146,276.00

 

OVERALL DESCRIPTION

In this role The Program Manager will be fully responsible for the implementation of SEPTA’s roughly $1.85 Billion Trolley Modernization Program. This Program includes but is not limited to the oversight of the design and construction of a new Heavy Maintenance Facility, corridor ADA compliance development, NEPA related activities, State of Good Repair improvements related to Trolley improvements.

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from an accredited college or university, and ten (10) years significant, progressive and responsible experience in the design, construction and/or project management, or related experience, which includes a minimum of five (5) years of managerial/supervisory experience is required.
