We have an exciting opportunity to join a large, well-renown Architectural firm as their newest Studio Leader!  As a Studio Lead, you will have the opportunity to run your studio as its own business entity within the firm, with responsibilities that include managing personnel, overseeing work flow, quality control, project staffing, and scheduling. The ideal Architectural Studio Lead candidate should have experience managing a team, along with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. They should have expertise in project management, scheduling, and resource allocation. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, and should be comfortable with public speaking and client presentations. Proficiency in software such as Revit and Deltek Vantagepoint is preferred.

Qualifications for the Studio Leader position include:

-15+ years of experience in multifamily residential architecture
-Registered architect preferred
-Strong leadership skills
-Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
-Expertise in project management, scheduling, and resource allocation -Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Proficiency in software such as Revit and Deltek Vantagepoint preferred

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The salary range for the position is $90,000 to $125,000, with some flexibility commensurate with experience.
