We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior-Level Architectural Designer/Drafter to join a growing, award-winning team! Our client has a work-hard-play-hard philosophy and values their team's hard work, dedication, and attention to detail that has led to their success and growth.

The ideal Architectural Designer/Drafter candidate will have at least five years of experience creating and revising architectural designs for custom and production homes in the residential sector. We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in AutoCAD Architecture 2022, has experience in residential design, preferably in custom or production homes, and has a strong attention to detail with the ability to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications for the Architectural Designer/Drafter include:

-Proficient in AutoCAD Architecture 2022
-5+ years previous work experience with residential plan production and maintenance
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong grasp of typical residential construction methods and their implementation
-Ability to complete independent assignments with minimal supervision and a high degree of accuracy
-Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize responsibilities
-Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Drafting, or Equivalent

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client is offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
