We have an immediate need for a CNC Machinist to join a small, 40-person team with 30 machines in Nashua, NH! They are looking for an experienced CNC Machinist for their 2nd shift, Monday through Thursday. The ideal CNC Machinist candidate for this position is an experienced with a minimum 1-2 years of experience in the setup and operation of machines. They should be familiar with Swiss-style machines, ideally Citizen machines. The candidate should have knowledge of metals and materials, including steel, stainless steel, and copper, and their machine-ability, and be able to use measuring equipment such as micrometers, Dial or Digital Calipers, and Optical comparators. Familiarity with blueprints and quality concepts such as in-process auditing and lean manufacturing is a plus. The candidate should have a proven track record of reliability, dependability, maturity, attention to detail, and an improvement mindset, as comprehensive training on CNC machining will be provided.

Qualifications for the CNC Machinist position include:

-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting
-Familiarity with blueprints
-Basic math skills, including decimals and ability to convert between inches and metric measurements
-Knowledge of metals and materials
-Ability to use measuring equipment
-Familiarity with quality concepts, such as in-process auditing; lean manufacturing a plus
-Reliable, dependable, with a proven track record of attention to detail and an improvement mindset

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 per hour with a 10% differential for the 2nd shift.
