The ideal Construction Project Manager candidate for this position will be adaptable, able to work at a fast pace, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience in a variety of projects types, including commercial, educational, restaurant/retail, and others is preferred, as is an established skillset with Excel and Procore.

Qualifications for the Construction Project Manager position include:

-5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
-Experience in managing projects ranging from $5-$10 million in value
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team
-Proficiency in Procore and Excel software
-Understanding of construction processes and procedures
-Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices
-Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is preferred

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
