The ideal Project Architect candidate for this position will have at least 3 years of experience in commercial architecture and will be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. Candidates with multi-family housing design experience are preferred, but our client is also open to those with commercial, retail, restaurant, or educational experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and project management skills, be creative, detail-oriented, and able to think and create in three dimensions.

Qualifications for the Project Architect position include:

-Proven working experience as an architect
-Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
-Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards
-Highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Experience with Sketch-up and 3ds Max is a plus
-Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
-Visual awareness and an eye for detail
-Communication and project management skills
-Accredited degree in Architecture
-Licensed Architect is preferred, but this role is open to those seeking licensure

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client is offering a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 depending on experience.
