Our client is nationally recognized, and they are urgently seeking a highly experienced and motivated Registered Landscape Architect with  experience in high-end residential and commercial projects. As a small firm with an established reputation, our client is dedicated to providing an exceptional work environment for their employees with very low turnover rates, and the opportunity to be a part of some of the most prestigious projects in the industry!

The ideal Registered Landscape Architect candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, superior social, communication, written and organizational skills, and be detail-oriented, quality-conscious, reliable, and self-motivated. Candidates must possess advanced knowledge of landscape architecture, AutoCAD, and plant material for design, as well as experience with project management, client relations, and project budgets/estimates. The candidate must also be proficient in producing landscape plans and details from conceptual design to final design.

Qualifications for the Registered Landscape Architect role include:

-Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture
-Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end residential and commercial projects
-Proficient in producing landscape plans and details from conceptual design to final design
-Experience with project management, client relations, and project budgets/estimates
-Advanced knowledge of landscape architecture, AutoCAD, and plant material for design
-Superior social, communication, written and organizational skills
-Detail-oriented, quality-conscious, reliable, and self-motivated

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Our client is offering a competitive salary range of $100,000-$130,000 per year, along with job bonuses of 10% of the profit and a yearly discretionary bonus!

Additionally, they offer 50% paid health and dental insurance, a 401k plan with a 3% match, and 2 weeks of PTO. Every other year, the staff is also offered an international trip!
