The ideal Mechanical Process Engineer candidate for this position should have a 4-year engineering degree and at least 2-3 years of engineering experience. They should possess a basic understanding of metallurgical principles, be able to work in cross-functional teams, and have experience leading and facilitating training sessions. Strong technical and oral communication skills are a must.

The salary range for this position is $55,000.00 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
